Abstract

The economy of Sukabumi Municipality in 2020 contracted by 1.48 percent compared to 2019 which grew positive of 5.49 percent. The contraction is the impact of the economic downturn due to the COVID-19 pandemic. From the production side, the corporate services sector experienced the deepest contraction of 7.67 percent, while from the expenditure side, the gross fixed capital formation (PMTB) component contracted the most by 4.93 percent.
